The Office of Community & Belonging fosters connection, leadership, and resilience with students and student organizations through advising, intentional programming, and collaborative engagement.
Speed Friending
A great event hosted by the Office of Community & Belonging where Gators can meet one another and connect with similar interests. Once the speed friending part of the event is complete, students can hang out and play games for the remainder of the event!
Student Organization Fairs
Student Organization Fairs are a great way to start your involvement journey on campus. With over 1,200 orgs on campus, there is something for everyone! These fairs happen during Summer B, Fall, and Spring semesters, so be on the lookout for those announcements!
Happy Birthday Albert!
Happy Birthday Albert is an event to celebrate our beloved mascot, Albert! Students come together for this tradition in the Fall semester, with many activities, delicious food, and overall building community.
Involvement Awards
Involvement Awards are hosted each Spring semester, and are a way to showcase the hard work and positive impact student orgs, leaders, and advisors make on the UF and Gainesville community.
